Pho dollar is the real deal in a vibrant Westside neighborhood that is experiencing a rebirth once again due to its eclectic immigrant population. Many small businesses have sprung up in the vicinity of West Ferry and all along Grant Street answering the needs of Buffalo's newest arrivals and in turn drawing in long time residents. The Grant Street area has meant a lot to many groups of people over the years but has not been home to such a diverse mix of peoples in a long time.
