Ru's, on Niagara Street, is not your grandfather's pierogi joint, or maybe it is.

Co-owner Andy Ruszczyk  leaned his pierogi stylings from his grandmother. His familial pride and tradition followed the path we all hope our passions take us, to bring pleasure to others and fulfillment to one's self. With the help of his lifelong friend Zack Schneider, Andy would turn his delicious talent for pierogi into something to be enjoyed by the multitude. This is what Ru's is offering, a culmination of talent, innovation and business gumption. Here, you'll find quality food served in a great old building, an 1850's Sarsaparilla factory at 295 Niagara Street.
